Saturday John ran a 5k in Over The Rhine. It was really fun to watch and was pretty inspirational! It made me want to run, too.
Here he is in the home stretch. I think he ran pretty fast (around 27 minutes - which is like a 9 minute mile), but he isn't happy with his time. He's crazy!
And here he is after. The kids were really proud of him, and I was, too.

ReplyDeletei did not run. i'm doing a 5k on the 4th of july. the 1/2 is october 18 - (in columbus!), and i am counting on you coming to cheer us on and possibly watch lio and paloma.
